Malipo offers plants, including Echeveria succulents and cacti, as well as gardening accessories. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions, images, prices, and availability. Live plants are natural products and may vary in appearance, including leaf shape, size, colour, growth pattern, and overall form. Product images represent the product but the exact appearance of an individual plant may differ.
2. Product Availability
Products are subject to availability. Live plants may become unavailable because of growing conditions, seasonal changes, stock limitations, or other circumstances. If we cannot fulfil an order after payment, we will contact you regarding available options and any applicable refund.
3. Pricing and Payment
Product prices and applicable shipping charges will be displayed on the website or at checkout before payment is completed. Payments may be processed through Razorpay or another payment provider offered at checkout. Orders are subject to successful payment confirmation and acceptance. If a pricing, listing, or availability error is identified, we will take reasonable steps to resolve it in accordance with applicable law.

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted under our standard policy, subject to rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Cancellations are subject to the applicable cancellation policy and order status.

Customers are responsible for providing suitable care after delivery, including appropriate light, watering, drainage, soil, and environmental conditions. Requirements differ by species and growing environment. Refer to the Plant Care Guide and product-specific instructions. Normal growth and changes in appearance do not automatically indicate a defect, but this does not remove eligibility for valid claims involving products that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
